Every order comes with bundle instructions to help you use your self care tools the way they were designed. We ask that you follow these steps and give yourself time to experience the benefits fully.
Our 30-Day Promise
Self care takes practice. That’s why we ask you to use your products for at least 30 days after delivery before requesting a refund. This ensures you’ve had the chance to integrate them into your routine and see what they can do for you.
Your Refund Window
After 30 days of use, you have a 14-day window to request a refund if you still feel the products aren’t the right fit. Simply reach out to us, and we'll issue store credit or the money back to your original payment method.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we processed your refund and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at info@kirkselfcare.com.
Damages and Issues
We know accidents can happen during delivery. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product (or expected delivery date for missing items). We’ll work with you to provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Please note: once your order has been safely delivered and received, any damage that occurs afterward is your responsibility and the item will not be eligible for a refund.
